Position Overview
We are seeking reliable and motivated Production Team Members to join a fast-paced manufacturing facility in Huntsville, Alabama. Key Responsibilities
- Perform assembly and production tasks on the manufacturing line in accordance with quality and safety standards
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet specifications and quality requirements
- Operate and monitor production equipment and machinery
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times
- Follow standardized work instructions and production schedules
- Report defects, equipment issues, or safety concerns to supervisors promptly
- Meet daily production goals and contribute to overall team performance
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives on the production floor
Requirements
- Previous manufacturing, assembly, or production experience preferred but not required - we will train the right candidates
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Ability to lift up to 10 lbs regularly
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
- Team-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic
Compensation and Benefits
- 1st Shift: $14/hr + bonus | 2nd Shift: $15/hr + bonus - increases after 90 days
- Weekly pay
